Privacy Policy
What data we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have. This applies to publishers, advertisers, offerwall users and visitors to our website.
Last updated: October 10, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Offerzy (“Offerzy”, “we”, “us” or “our”) handles personal information when you visit offerzy.io, use our dashboard as a publisher or advertiser, or use our offerwall inside a publisher’s website, app or game.
“Personal information” means information that identifies you or can reasonably be linked to you, directly or indirectly. We handle it in line with the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and other applicable privacy laws.
1. Information we collect
Publishers and advertisers
- Contact and account details: name, company name, email address, login details and role.
- Business information: websites, apps or games you register, traffic sources and campaign details.
- Payment and tax information: PayPal, cryptocurrency wallet or bank details, billing address, and tax forms such as a W-9 or W-8.
- Communications: messages you send to our team and support requests.
Offerwall users
- The user ID the publisher passes to us, and the name of the publisher’s site or app.
- Device and connection data: IP address, approximate location derived from it, device type, operating system, browser, language and, on mobile, advertising identifiers such as IDFA or GAID where available.
- Offer activity: offers viewed and clicked, click and transaction IDs, completion status, timestamps and reward amounts.
- Survey information, if you take a survey: your answers and any profile questions the survey provider asks.
- Support information: details and screenshots you send when you report a missing reward.
Website visitors
- Usage data such as pages viewed, referring pages, browser and device type, and cookie or local storage data. For example, we remember whether you chose the light or dark theme.
Information from third parties
- Conversion confirmations from advertisers and their measurement partners (MMPs), such as AppsFlyer or Adjust.
- Fraud and risk signals from our anti-fraud tools and partners, such as whether an IP address belongs to a VPN or proxy.
- Payment status from our payment providers.
2. How we use information
- To review applications and operate publisher and advertiser accounts.
- To show relevant offers to offerwall users based on country, device and operating system.
- To track clicks and conversions, attribute them to the right publisher and campaign, and send postbacks so users are credited.
- To detect, prevent and investigate fraud, VPN abuse, duplicate accounts and other invalid activity.
- To pay publishers, charge advertisers and keep financial records.
- To provide reporting and analytics to publishers and advertisers.
- To answer questions and resolve missing-reward reports.
- To send service, security and policy notices, and, where allowed, news about our services. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
- To improve and secure our website and services.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
3. Legal bases (EEA and UK)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on these legal bases:
- Contract: to provide our services to publishers and advertisers and to process their payments.
- Legitimate interests: to run the offerwall, attribute conversions, prevent fraud, secure our services and improve them, where these interests are not overridden by your rights.
- Consent: where the law requires it, such as for certain cookies, advertising identifiers or marketing emails. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Legal obligation: to keep financial and tax records and respond to lawful requests.
4. Fraud prevention and automated decisions
To protect advertisers, publishers and honest users, our systems automatically check conversions for signs of invalid activity, such as VPN or proxy use, location mismatches, emulators, duplicate accounts or unusual completion patterns. A conversion that fails these checks may be rejected, so the reward is not credited.
If you think a reward was rejected by mistake, you can ask for a human review through our Missing Rewards page or by contacting us.
7. How long we keep information
- Account information: while your account is open, and for a reasonable period afterwards to handle final payments, questions and disputes.
- Payment, tax and transaction records: for up to 7 years, or longer if the law requires it.
- Click, conversion and fraud prevention records: as long as needed for reporting, reversals, disputes and fraud prevention.
- Support messages: as long as needed to resolve your request and keep a record of it.
When we no longer need information, we delete it or anonymize it. Limited copies may remain in secure backups for a short time before they are deleted.
8. Security
We protect personal information with measures such as encryption in transit, access controls, authentication, monitoring and regular security reviews. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the authorities where the law requires.
9. International transfers
Offerzy is based in the United States, and our partners and service providers may be located in other countries. Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries with different data protection laws than yours. Where required, we protect these transfers with safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
10. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it;
- correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- delete your information;
- receive your information in a portable format;
- object to or restrict certain processing, including processing based on legitimate interests and direct marketing;
- withdraw consent where we rely on it; and
- complain to your local data protection authority.
California and other US states
Residents of California and other US states with privacy laws can ask to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, and ask us to delete or correct it. We do not sell personal information, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. You may use an authorized agent to make a request for you.
How to make a request
Email [email protected] with “Privacy request” in the subject. Offerwall users should include their user ID and the name of the site or app where they use the offerwall. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request, and we will respond within 30 days, or sooner if the law requires.
Publishers control the user accounts on their own platforms. To delete your account or rewards balance with a publisher, contact that publisher directly.
11. Children’s privacy
Our services are not directed at children, and offerwall users must be at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Third-party sites and offers
Offers on our offerwall lead to apps, websites and services run by advertisers. Their own privacy policies apply to any information you give them, and we are not responsible for their practices. Please review their policies before you complete an offer.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will change the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify account holders by email or in the dashboard.
