Question 1

What is Offerzy?

Accepted Answer

Offerzy is a rewarded advertising network and offerwall provider. We run our own advertiser demand, our own offerwall technology and our own tracking and anti-fraud, connecting our advertisers with engaged users across our publisher network.

Question 2

Is it free to join?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Creating an Offerzy publisher or advertiser account is free, with no setup fees. Advertisers only pay for verified results.

Question 3

Which platforms does Offerzy work on?

Accepted Answer

Our offerwall works on websites and inside iOS and Android apps through a webview. You can also build your own interface with our Offers API or use direct links. A native SDK is coming soon.

Question 4

Which countries do you support?

Accepted Answer

Our network supports 150+ countries. Campaign availability varies by location, device and advertiser targeting.

Question 5

How do you handle fraud and reversals?

Accepted Answer

Our in-house anti-fraud validates conversions and checks for VPN abuse. Invalid conversions are never charged to advertisers. Reversals and their reasons are visible in your reporting.

Question 6

How fast can I integrate?

Accepted Answer

Our iframe can be added in under 10 minutes. API integrations depend on your setup. Founding publishers can get done-for-you integration from our team.

Question 7

What traffic do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We work with legitimate reward sites, apps and games. Traffic must follow campaign requirements; bots, deceptive traffic and VPN abuse are not accepted.

Question 8

Can I customize the offerwall?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The offerwall is fully white-label: use your colors, your logo and your own currency name and reward amounts, so it feels like part of your product.

Question 9

How are my users credited?

Accepted Answer

When a user completes an offer, we validate the conversion and send a real-time server-to-server postback to your endpoint, with automatic retries. You credit the user in your own system.

Question 10

What is the Founding Publisher Program?

Accepted Answer

An early-partner program for our first 100 publishers, with done-for-you integration, a dedicated account manager, boosted revenue share for 90 days and an On-Time Payout Guarantee.

Question 11

When and how do I get paid?

Accepted Answer

We pay publishers weekly via PayPal, crypto or bank transfer. Your account manager will confirm your payment schedule and available methods.

Question 12

What is the minimum payout?

Accepted Answer

We offer a low minimum payout. The exact threshold depends on your payment method and will be confirmed during onboarding.

Question 13

How do reversals affect my revenue?

Accepted Answer

Invalid conversions are never charged to advertisers, so they are not paid out to publishers either. Every reversal and its reason is visible in your reporting.

Question 14

Which campaign types can I run?

Accepted Answer

CPI, CPA, CPL and CPE campaigns, plus surveys. You choose the goal and pay only for verified results.

Question 15

How do advertisers add funds?

Accepted Answer

Create an advertiser account and use the funding options available in your dashboard. Our team can help with onboarding and campaign setup.

Question 16

How can I target my campaign?

Accepted Answer

Target by country, device and operating system. Your campaign is shown to rewarded users across our publisher network who match your targeting.

Question 17

Which tracking tools do you support?

Accepted Answer

Our tracking is MMP-ready, including AppsFlyer and Adjust, and supports server-to-server postbacks. Ask our team about your measurement setup.

Question 18

How do you protect my budget?

Accepted Answer

Our in-house anti-fraud validates every conversion and detects VPN abuse. Invalid conversions are never charged.

Question 19

I completed an offer but didn’t get my reward. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

Check that every requirement was met and allow time for the advertiser to confirm. If the reward is still missing, report it with your user ID, the offer name, the completion date and screenshots.

Question 20

Why wasn’t my reward instant?

Accepted Answer

Many rewards are credited shortly after completion, but some advertisers confirm actions later — for example, after a level is reached or a trial period ends.

Question 21

Who manages my reward balance?

Accepted Answer

The site or app where you found the offerwall manages your balance and withdrawals. Contact them with questions about cashing out.

Question 22

Will Offerzy ever ask for my password?

Accepted Answer

No. Never share your password, payment details or login codes with anyone, including our support team.
